Community Guidelines

Argumentree.AI is a product operated by Dieter Stölzel (Einzelunternehmer).

Argumentree.AI uses multiple AI models to research and analyze complex questions. These guidelines help maintain the quality and integrity of AI-assisted research and the community discussions around it.

Our Commitment

Argumentree.AI leverages Collective AI Intelligence — cross-validated consensus from multiple AI models — to help answer complex questions. We're committed to transparency about AI capabilities and limitations, and to fostering informed use of AI-generated research.

What We Encourage

  • Thoughtful research questions — Ask questions that benefit from multi-model analysis.
  • Critical evaluation — Review AI responses and verify important claims independently.
  • Contributing human insight — Add your expertise to enrich AI-generated arguments.
  • Sharing valuable research — Publish analyses that provide genuine insight.

What's Not Allowed

Illegal Content (Zero Tolerance)

  • • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • • Terrorist content or incitement to violence
  • • Content that violates applicable laws

Harmful Content

  • Harassment & bullying — Using AI research to target individuals
  • Hate speech — Generating content attacking protected groups
  • Doxxing — Including private personal information
  • Defamation — Using AI to generate false, damaging claims

Platform Abuse

  • Spam research — Creating low-quality questions to consume resources
  • Misinformation — Knowingly publishing false AI outputs as fact
  • Impersonation — Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
  • Academic dishonesty — Submitting AI research as original human work

Technical Abuse

  • • Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • • Circumventing security measures or rate limits
  • • Using automated tools without authorization

AI-Generated Research

Argumentree.AI content is generated by multiple AI models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Llama, and others). All AI output is clearly labeled.

Important: AI-generated research should be treated as a starting point, not a final authority. Always verify important claims and consult domain experts for critical decisions.

  • • AI outputs reflect the models' training data and may contain errors
  • • Cross-model consensus increases confidence but doesn't guarantee accuracy
  • • Users are responsible for appropriate use of AI-generated content

Enforcement

Violations may result in escalating consequences:

  1. Warning — First-time or minor violations
  2. Content removal — Violating content will be removed
  3. Temporary mute — Research creation may be suspended
  4. Account suspension — Serious or repeated violations
  5. Permanent ban — Severe violations or repeat offenders

We provide a Statement of Reasons for moderation actions as required by DSA Art. 17.
